My glass sliding is gliding beautifully. The gentleman who came out to the house was very knowledgeable and professional. He had the equipment to fix the issue and worked efficiently. I would not hesitate in recommending this company.
Terrible experience. Promised a simple door repair, but the technician acted like it couldn’t be done and blamed the office. Job was eventually done, but the whole process was misleading and unprofessional. Would not recommend.👎
Absolutely useless service from start to finish. The communication from the office was horrendous—calls weren’t returned, messages were ignored, and I constantly had to chase them just to get basic updates. When they finally showed up, the job was rushed and careless. Instead of fixing the issue properly, they made things worse. It honestly felt like they didn’t care at all about the quality of their work or the inconvenience they caused. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration—go with literally anyone else.
They did a great job on fixing the glass sliding door on to the deck. It now rolls nice and smoothly and easily. They had previously fixed another older sliding glass door at our place. They are easy to deal with and came when they said they would. I highly recommend them.
