Edited at request of business: I was informed that the reason for no texts or calls was because I had a typo in an email for my contact number - however, I would still rate zero stars based on customer service. I spoke to someone on the day of the scheduled service and they were very unhelpful and only revealed that someone would not arrive 3 hours after booking time. Phil fixed my door he did an excellent excellent job
From the initial call to book in the job, to Phil completing the job, was fantastic. Great service from end to end. Fixed my glass sliding door rollers in 30 mins. Mine required the fixed panel to be removed, prior to the sliding door being able to come out. Would definitely recommend.
Two glass sliding doors (one internal one external), needed new runners. The repairs were attended to very professionally. An excellent outcome.
