Got charged a bomb for them to underestimate the quote then ask for more money out of me later then I saw they only did half the job and after being ignored for weeks someone finally came out and said it would be too much work to do it properly so now I’m looking at new windows after pissing away a bunch of money. If you couldn’t do it properly why accept the job.
Communication with this company is extremely poor. During window repairs, their staff caused damage to our bathroom. At first, they said they would fix it, but after more than a month of delays and excuses, they finally told us in a forceful way that they “will not restore it.” Instead, they bought the wrong shape seat cover on their own and did a temporary “fix,” insisting that was the end of the matter. This is the second time I have used this company. Both times I was contacted prior to their arrival and they did an excellent job and cleaned up afterwards
This company was arranged by our body corporate to work on our unit as part of a full renovation. The experience has been one of the worst I have ever had with a trades company. On August 16, their technicians came to replace vents, fix silicone, and replace rollers. I specifically asked them to replace all old vents and they agreed. Instead, they left: Messy, unfinished silicone (photos attached) A broken brand-new toilet (they stepped on it) A damaged main water tap (also stepped on and cracked) Not a single vent replaced ... read more
