Jon knocked on my door and I invited him back since I had some interest and high and low quotes to compare with. Super happy with my new Apex window. I had Apex windows installed about a decade ago and during a recent bathroom remodel I wanted to add one more. I was able to work with Apex to get a singular window installed to match the exact same windows (and trim) I had installed 10 years previously. They were so fast and kind and patient. Definitely recommend!
They significantly damaged a window frame and have not replaced nor completed a repair in nearly one year…Lead installer unprofessional and rude. We were not informed that custom blinds and draperies would no longer fit after the new windows were installed which cost thousands to correct. They claimed that’s “normal’ which is not according to 2 other companies.
