I called Window Repair and they responded quickly. I sent them photos with what’s wrong with the windows and they priced it by photos and kept true to their quoted price. They arrived in two days and quickly fixed 4 windows. Windows are back to new and tenant is happy and that makes me, the building manager happy! Thanks Window Repair! I’ll definitely be using you again and recommending your service. Insert happy face here :).
I found Window Repair to be honest and fair in their dealings with me. They attempted to get the parts that they needed, but they are no longer available. However, Window Repair did a temporary fix until I replace the entire window. The only reason for 4 rather than 5 stars is because they do all communications via text and email. A phone call would have been preferred once or twice.
