Very professional. Friendly and courteous. We had an excellent experience replacing the glass in 2 windows. Highly recommend.
We lost the outer pane of triple glazed sidelight on an entry set and they were able to replace the broken pane for considerably less than a new sidelight. Very quick and professional, exceeded expectations. They took great care and cleaned up the site afterwards and it looks great. This crew impressed me.
I got an email quote from Paul after giving him the measurements and pictures and the description of the issue. Clearly mentioned it was 2 windows. He quotes me on the repair for $195 which includes hardware as stated in the quote. Once the repair guys arrived they stated that ALL the hardware is NOT included. I show them the quote from Paul and they told me the $195 is for the service call and not for the hardware. (At this point this feels very sketchy and like a scam).
