Paul gave me a quote and time line and both were accurate. Window Guys price was the best by far. The windows arrived and were installed within the time frame I was told. The install crew were one of the best install guys I’ve ever had at the house. They were polite, efficient and professional. There was one hic up which was not their fault. One of the guys came to measure our windows and gave an estimate of the total cost before he left. The installers cleaned, replaced the new glass units and vacuumed up after themselves! They were polite and professional. The windows look fantastic! I would highly recommend them!
Saw online ad, emailed for more info. Paul called next day, completed home inspection within a week. Full information ,reasonable estimate. Exactly one week later, his crew was on site, replaced two sealed thermal units. Courteous, neat and tidy work; finished job looks great. We paid by CC,receipt emailed promptly. All in all, a professional experience!
I had a couple of “foggy” windows and a window that the hardware was broken. I contacted the company via their internet site. Paul got in touch in a very timely manner, made an appointment and came to our home at the scheduled time. He then provided a quote and estimated time for the work to be performed. The crew arrived on the day and time as scheduled. The guys were friendly, courteous and did a wonderful job. Can’t say how happy we were with the work they performed. I would highly recommend the Window Repair Guys.
