I was assured a 7-year warranty on the work. When something failed after a year, try as I might, they acted as though the failure was my fault and refused warranty coverage. Very disappointing.
Some of the staff showed up late, dressed sloppily, and didn’t seem well trained. When I asked questions, I got vague or defensive responses. I expected more professionalism for the price.
I had some casement windows that wouldn't close. I contacted them, they came out a few days later, and in half an hour...problem solved. Very happy with the work, the price, and the customer service. Highly recommend!!
They're amazing! Ali responded very quickly and worked around our schedule. We had several window issues to repair (glass replacement, window adjustments, etc.). Everything was thoroughly addressed and repaired. We will definitely be calling them again if any other window problems come up.
