Honestly if I could give them zero stars I would. I was looking to repair the balances of nine windows in my home and called into The Glass Team. The first encounter was very professional and they worked around my time and sent a technician out to take a look at my windows the next day. I was told of the issue and that they would order parts and give me an estimate. Had a window out for some time. Called and they said they would be out by the end of the day, at the latest 9am the following day. 8:50 I get a call that they can’t make it out till the end of the day. Ridiculous. Took time off work to wait in my house for them and they can’t let me know until 5 minutes before they’re suppose to be here that they’re supposedly running 8 hours behind......? The number on google maps directs you to another number. Are setting up a time for the current day, I was told that a technician would come by 6. Was notified that technician would be unable to make the 6 o’clock time and that he would be in the morning at 9. Once 9:40 rolled around I received no contact and after having to call I was told the technician wouldn’t be out until 5 or the following day. Terrible customer service Waste of time
They replaced a window in my house, they made a great job.
