Had their windows installed less than 5 years ago and the seal is broken on one, still under warranty. Have called numerous times to get a replacement and have been given the runaround each time. Was told at first to send measurements and they would make a replacement but we would have to pick up from the factory and install it ourselves. Now they say it won’t be replaced at all! What good is a warranty if the company refuses to honor it. ?????
I am a general contractor. We ordered over 600 windows and patio doors from Crystal Windows. Nearly every window had an issue of some sort. The response, service and customer relations have been absolutely atrocious. None of our change orders showed up in the allotted time, and communication with them is nearly impossible. If you are a general contractor or homeowner for that matter, avoid them like the plague!
