I am very disappointed with Eric and his company. When he is on, he does great work. But he also goes through phases where he is MIA and never responds. Needless to say he has pissed off many of our customers and we have had to find other vendors to finish projects already underway by Eric. If you are not going to be dedicated to giving great service as a business owner, just close your business and be an employee. Everyone wants to own their own business.
