Rude, unreliable – I was told this place was THE place to go for inexpensive windows in Brooklyn. I called and spoke with the callous salesman, who didn't seem to want my business, but said I had to come in. I went in and explained exactly what I wanted, but he then tried to sell me other products I had no interest in. He drew up an estimate and said he'd call me later with the total. I never heard back despite repeated calls. Go elsewhere for friendly, reliable service.
