I think that Courtney is a true empath. This gives her an extraordinary capacity for understanding health, pain, and healing. I first encountered her in one of her excellent yoga classes at the YMCA. She noticed me struggling to deal with a very swollen post-surgery knee. After class she came to speak to me.
