My old windows were better than their NEW, $11k windows. Had to buy drapes to block the heat from the sun in the summer. They definitely do not keep the cold out in the winter......as promised. I wish I had gone with Anderson Windows! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
Walked up to my home with a no soliciting sign and woke my toddler up from a nap. Also, made my wife uncomfortable while she was trying to peacefully water her flowers. Scummy salesman with no respect, just want to make a dollar any way they know how. The salesman was not going to approach my home until they passed my home and saw my wife come outside. These people go door to door and solicit windows. Guy came to my door and tried telling me my windows looked like they had some issues and needed replacing. I would hate for an elderly person to potentially get taken advantage of by these awful sales practices. Find a new way to market it's 2024 at the time of this review.
Had our windows installed last year in March . Didn’t notice anything really this summer. Once the winter hit all the windows had breezes. Called and complained, had a tech come out and supposedly fixed everything and now a week later all the windows have breezes , house is freezing cold. Called again. Hopefully they can fix or compensate for my electric bill or something. Crappy windows all I can say 🥲
