Terrible customer service skills.
He had to best rates in town, everything was good until about a week later when all of my windows started to bubble. I've been trying to get a hold of him for a month and at first he told me he was out of town until the new year and here we are..... I am still trying to get a hold of him. I would not recommend because his communication has been very poor.
