This company is a con, they will take your money and run. Paid for a window replacement in March, never heard from them again. Multiple attempts to contact the both thru the office and directly by text, no response. Do not trust Nasir or Michael, they talk a nice game but once they have your money, poof they are gone and they ghost you. I gave them the lowest rating possible because you cannot leave a zero, which is the service you will get.
I called OWM for a window repair, the technician came, collected my 250$ and said he would order parts to fix the window. He then proceeded to disappear and never answer my calls or messages.
Scam company!
This company is a scam! I used to work with them. They do not care about their customers!
