I was debating if I should go with 3 star . Bought a sliding door & a large window …. Don’t know yet about the quality of them because they just got installed but I would suggest window masters to switch transport to do their deliveries. 1st delivery they try to get a hold of me when they were on their way and I was an hour away from home 2nd delivery no call or anything just to find out they delivered my window the day before that I accidentally walking between my house and the fence to see that it was delivered.
We had Window Masters replace two exterior doors and add a storm door as well. They were great to deal with right from providing options and a quote, to the install. Damon was very accommodating when I asked for various options and provided me with multiple quotes to help me find a price point I was happy with. The team that did the install was incredibly friendly, clean, and fast. Very happy with the work and product, would highly recommend.
Before I went with Window Masters, I got a few other quotes. One person showed up 1.5 hours after our appointment and we had infant son who was now sleeping so we sent them away. The other two were much more expensive and didn't even include trim installation so you would be left with a half finished job. I'm so happy I chose to go with Window Masters! We have great windows and the trim was installed so it saved me so much time and effort getting that done (precious items these days with a busy 1 year old). Definitely recomm... read more

Taylor and Shannon installed our new exterior door and screen door. Excellent customer service and attention to detail. Very impressed from the initial quote process to the installation of the doors Very high quality and made in Alberta too! I would highly recommend them and will be using them again in t future should we need windows or other doors!
