Before I went with Window Masters, I got a few other quotes. One person showed up 1.5 hours after our appointment and we had infant son who was now sleeping so we sent them away. The other two were much more expensive and didn't even include trim installation so you would be left with a half finished job. I'm so happy I chose to go with Window Masters! We have great windows and the trim was installed so it saved me so much time and effort getting that done (precious items these days with a busy 1 year old). Definitely recomm... read more

Taylor and Shannon installed our new exterior door and screen door. Excellent customer service and attention to detail. Very impressed from the initial quote process to the installation of the doors Very high quality and made in Alberta too! I would highly recommend them and will be using them again in t future should we need windows or other doors!
Windows were manufactured in Nov of 2021 and installed in Feb 2022. Initially was very happy with service. Since having them installed we have had to have a sliding door replaced with moisture. The caulking has many large cracks and along the entire seam cracks. We had to contact them multiple times to try and get door one fixed as it was very noticeable. Brian and Viktor replaced 6 windows in our home, and did a great job. They communicated well with us and were friendly. We will be hiring them again for our basement windows.
