Taylor and Shannon installed our new exterior door and screen door. Excellent customer service and attention to detail. Very impressed from the initial quote process to the installation of the doors Very high quality and made in Alberta too! I would highly recommend them and will be using them again in t future should we need windows or other doors!
Windows were manufactured in Nov of 2021 and installed in Feb 2022. Initially was very happy with service. Since having them installed we have had to have a sliding door replaced with moisture. The caulking has many large cracks and along the entire seam cracks. We had to contact them multiple times to try and get door one fixed as it was very noticeable. Brian and Viktor replaced 6 windows in our home, and did a great job. They communicated well with us and were friendly. We will be hiring them again for our basement windows.
Don, Dave and Braden did a spectacular job with the 8 windows we had installed. They are true craftsmen. Our house is older and we needed to keep our existing window framing. They were able to that with perfection. Our old blinds also went back up perfectly. These guys are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I can see the difference with the quality of the Lux Windows. They look fantastic both from interior and exterior. So happy. I highly recommend Red Deer Windows and Doors.
