Mr. Hmayak Mikayelyan was our representative and he was excellent in his knowledge of this product. I felt very comfortable going ahead and purchasing the product and doing the down payment. Very thorough demonstration of the windows aspects,benefits and the efficiency of the triple pane. I had another estimate to be done the following week and will be cancelling that appointment. Himayak was courteous, on time, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I was impressed with his level of professionalism and willingness to answer all my questions. He went above and beyond ensuring that I received great service and a great price. I am looking forward to all my new windows!
I wrote a one star review and he came back to my house the next day when only my teenager was home. Then he called from the end of my sidewalk with demands to tell him what he did wrong. I was scared and intimidated so took the review down. But I’ve re-thought this. Do not trust him. My research indicates he offers discounts for good reviews. It’s appalling that people wrote that this man is friendly. Exactly the opposite. And Sergio, DO NOT contact me again.
