If I could give this zero stars I would. I have a lifetime warranty on my windows. Needed weep hole covers. They wanted to charge me $25 for UPS. Not for the small package that weighs less than .5 ounce. A ripoff! Worked with Nancy in Warranties. Does not do what she says she will and charged 3xs the cost of buying the covers from another source.
Excellent quality and service. Window Mart will go out of their way to make sure each customer is satisfied.
