My experience with Window Mart was mixed. I first reached out for an estimate and they were excellent at the beginning. They came out quickly on May 27, were professional, and had an estimate to me the same day. I received several quotes from different companies, but ultimately chose Window Mart because I was told they could rush the order and have the new patio door installed by the end of June. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explain our options, and provide us with a quote without any pressure. His service was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely appreciated.
