Really had a great experience working with them; so far, so good. I highly recommend their services. The Window Mart team were great to deal with. Our salesperson Russell, the admin staff, and our installers, Edgar and Dima, were all professional and courteous. The windows and door they installed were great quality. They even did a great job cleaning up after themselves which we appreciated. We highly recommend them.
Russell came to do a quote on our windows and was very thorough and pleasant to deal with!
The installers who put in my back door could not install the door handle and the bolt lock. As a result, my home was not secured until the next day when I hired a locksmith to put in the door handle and the rest which your staff could not. When I addressed this matter with the company, the issue was addressed to my satisfaction. The back door and the screen door which I requested were properly installed as well as the front windows.
