I cannot put into words how amazing this company is and how they treat their customers! Fantastic pricing and customer service all throughout the project. I could not be more frustrated with this company. I choose my doors 15 weeks ago and gave them the required deposit. It indicates on my contract that it'll take 10-12 weeks after measurements are taken to install the doors. It's now over 12 weeks and I've heard nothing from Vitaly, the sales person that I dealt with. When I called Window Mart to find out the status of my doors, the lady told me it'll be at least another 3 weeks before they're out of quality control. Ridiculous service!
