From start to finish our experience with Ziad and Window Mart was amazing. Ziad was very knowledgeable and could answer all of our questions. He went above and beyond to ensure he could find a front door that fit in a very unique size opening. The installers were punctual, tidy and very knowledgable. We are very happy with our windows which were installed about 2 months ago! The AC runs less, and it is way cooler in our house. Thanks Window Mart and Ziad
Window Mart came out for a quote. Estimated arrival 8-12 weeks. I put a deposit. The sales guy took measurements and said an installer would come the next week to do the exact measurements. Almost three weeks later I got a call from window mart stating they were sending an installer to do the measurements and then the windows would be ordered. THAT WAS A MONTH AFTER THE SALES GUY HAD VISITED. I had them return my money and cancel my order. Scammers and dishonestly is what this company is about. Buyer beware!!
