At first Jeremy was great, he came out and gave a quote. I approved it and put $1600 down to order windows for my condo. After a few weeks I called for an update and told they were delivered and would be installed June 15. No call no show on the 15th. I called his call service and was told I wasnt on a schedule, but they'd put a message through. Nothing. It's been 4 weeks since I have have heard from him and I have tried email and phone.
