Excellent customer service. Even though they didn’t sell the product I was looking for, they helped me understand what I needed for my project and how to set it up the best way. Ordered window inserts from them a couple years ago though and they were fantastic quality.

I purchased these window inserts for 3 skylights and 2 windows in December 2023. We have high-end windows that we purchased about 5 years ago. Despite the window quality, there is always some leakage. We noticed an immediate improvement in the three rooms where the inserts were installed. Space heaters were no longer needed. The price was very favorable. I highly recommend purchasing these inserts.

The kitchen in my home has single pane casement windows; both which, in the winter, are extremely cold to the touch. That essentially translates into heat loss aka money loss. I ordered two of these inserts and wow am I impressed with the immediate difference they made. They keep the cold air out and the hot air in. They aren't even cold to the touch as the glass is. Shipping was fast, they were nicely packaged, and installation took all but a minute. Will definitely order more if needed.
