My experience with window home and decor was really great. Michelle was extremely friendly and easy to communicate with. I would surely recommend them and use them again on any other project.
I was interested in getting some work done from this company and received at home consultation. Michelle told me that she would get back to me in a couple days with an estimate. It's been over a month and I have not received a call. I called on 2 different occasions to check the process and each time I was told they were "working on it". When I called back after the month passed they said it was left on the desk and no one tried to reach out to me. I am highly displeased with how this company handled me as a client.
