My mom used the Window Guys earlier this month. I love the way the windows turned out but that is about all I loved. The phone rings to an answering machine for a different company. The sales guy that came to the house was utterly confused on what prices he was going to give us. The experience as a whole was just bizarre. First they never called to tell me they was coming that day, THEY JUST SHOWED UP. They was short of one window and never brought the window back. So unprofessional. You shouldn’t have to keep calling someone to fix your window. Take your money somewhere else if you know what’s good for you. Don’t say I didn’t WARN YOU.
