The owner of this company has no morals. No morals can be a direct reflection to why nobody has anything nice to say in the last years of reviews. Sounds like the real genie left years ago, and is long gone! Looks like all you get here is cheap service and labor charged at top dollar. Good luck to whomever hires this company and that’s good luck meaning if you’re lucky it will be good. Almost like saying good luck on winning the lottery!

In less than 4 months, my exterior windows were cloudy and water spotted - they weren't like this prior to Window Genie "cleaning" them. The rain water used to dry and leave no spots. Additionally, the guy apparently didn't clean all my gutters as requested so I have water pouring over the sides of them again. The downspouts were reattached in a different place than before the guy came, so I now have holes in the downspouts and areas that I have to paint. I do a better job myself and will keep the $$$ in my wallet next time!... read more
We hired them in 2022 and they did a great job. We rehired them to clean out windows in May of 2023. The first time they came out the "cleaning" left the windows dirtier than before they showed up. Water spots and streaks on every window in the house and they didn't clean the insides either. They came back out to clean them a second time and and when they left the windows were the same. Jacob the person who doesn’t own the business has been running it for who knows how long. he doesn’t know how to schedule correctly he doesn’t ever communicate with customers that leads to you to have to deal with it. the actual boss just doesn’t care about anything the trucks are all broken most of equipment is broken because Jacob or actual boss never does maintenance on the equipment. never showed us how too either. they will scam you out of ur commission by saying ur gonna ... read more
