I had an appointment scheduled for Friday, July 19th and when I called the day before to confirm what time the team would arrive, I did not receive any call back. I waited at home all day to ensure someone was there when the tram showed up and they never showed. I’ve called and left several voicemails and forwarded the email confirming my appointment for Friday, July 19th but still have not received any communication back. Quick to get me scheduled. Friendly on the phone. I thought the pricing was good. They only sent one employee to clean (maybe that’s normal?), which took a long while to do all my windows, inside and out. The employee did a good job cleaning. No issues there. We both overlooked the skylight being cleaned that was in the quote. I paid my bill and tipped the cleaner. Now, after having repeatedly called the business and left messages because no one answers, ever, and trying to initiate conversation via their chat board, I canno... read more
