I picked window genie based off the glowing reviews this past fall. Initially had a good experience with Brandon getting everything scheduled. After paying over $170 just to do the FRONT second story of my house (between 60-75 feet of gutter length), the results were poor. I reached out to them for follow up as I was able to go up on a ladder myself (in the bitter cold) to inspect and see that there was still obstructive debris causing overflow of the gutters.
