Very unprofessional in customer service. After taking the day off and paying for dog care for the day, for a window cleaning appointment they never showed up for the appointment. When I contacted them by email, I was told they had more important work and will possibly get back to me later in the week. If I hadn't contacted them, I would have never known about the canceled appointment and no apology or follow up call was offered. We were very pleased with the professionalism and quality of the work done by Window Genie. I highly recommend using this service.
Window Genie did an amazing job on our very tall, hard to reach windows. There was paint on the inside and out and they removed it all! They also did a great job cleaning our composite deck. Definitely recommend them!
