The workers arrived within the time window. However, they did not let me know they were finished and just left an invoice in the door. There were spots on some of the windows and they did not reinstall the screens upstairs. I called to pay the invoice and let them know the upstairs screens were not reinstalled. I think it was the owner on the phone. Apologized for the upstairs and said they would be out to reinstall the screens.
