Needed stripped operators replaced on casement window. They wanted to charge $325 per window. I did the repair myself in 10 min for $22. I'd gladly pay for labor, but $303 for 10 min is crazy.
An extremely dishonest company. They massively overestimated the scope of a repair job to fix my 2 jammed windows and required me to pay $1,450 upfront, which I paid. The job ended up taking 1h30min. They then wanted to charge me another $650 to supply and attach one part which the manufacturer (Schuco) sells online for $25. When I confronted them about this via email I never heard back.

***** - As per our Quote and Contract for Services, we provided a diagnostic on your multipoint locking windows, which excluded parts. These are complex multipoint systems that require time to provide a diagnosis. After the diagnostic it was noted you needed replacement parts and we issued an additional quote for a new lockbox and a new handle, which we order direct from the Manufacturer in Germany.
One of the worst and least professional companies I have ever dealt with! Expect long waiting periods with no response.Terrible service. Avoid at all costs. After taking my deposit it took them seven weeks to order and receive the glass. During the seven weeks I called several times to check if the glass was in and was told that someone would call me back the next day.
