Wish I could rate 0 stars. We paid close to $1500 for a film handler from this company and within 6 months the ruler on the handler became defective. We contacted them to see how they could help us fix this problem and they told us it was a drop-shipped product and there was nothing they would do to help us get this problem solved. They wouldn't even provide the manufacturer information for us to reach out to them directly. Just finished installing White Frost, Adhesive Privacy Window Film (24",7ft) on a new french door. I had doubts as to whether or not I had the right product, because the directions were almost the same as the previous product I had tried from a competitor to no avail. (no adhesive) A simple call to the toll free number gave me the assurance that the product I received had adhesive. Wow, what a difference in application. The product went down really easy without any aggravation. I couldn't be happier !
