Unfortunately, they just wasted my time. First call and first visit were great. He measured, we talked through options and he followed-up with pictures of samples via email. I followed up to check status, but I’ve been ghosted.
Mark was first class with his customer service and eye for detail. Thanks to his expertise, our new blinds made our house feel like home. The blinds are amazing quality and fairly priced, especially with the free installation. Thank you again!
