Such an amazing job. So happy with the windows, we had 13 windows and 1 sliding glass doors installed. Walter and his crew did great and very kind . Walter went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Finished in one and a half days and did a great job. Highly recommended!!
What an amazing experience with the Window Factory! Every step of the process was smooth and seamless. Sarah and Rachel are so responsive and great communicators. The team showed up on time, worked efficiently and did an incredible job installing new windows for us. We had another window company who said they wouldn’t touch our windows without a contractor’s help. The Window Factory said replacing our windows was no problem so we didn’t have to hire a contractor. Incredible job!

From start to finish this company was stellar. The communication was amazing and not only were the prices reasonable, the customer service and workmanship was 10/10. We are so happy with the service we received. This company is undoubtedly one of the best experiences we have ever had upgrading our home.
