Such an amazing job. So happy with the windows, we had 13 windows and 1 sliding glass doors installed. Walter and his crew did great and very kind . Walter went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Finished in one and a half days and did a great job. Highly recommended!!

What an amazing experience with the Window Factory! Every step of the process was smooth and seamless. Sarah and Rachel are so responsive and great communicators. The team showed up on time, worked efficiently and did an incredible job installing new windows for us. We had another window company who said they wouldn’t touch our windows without a contractor’s help. The Window Factory said replacing our windows was no problem so we didn’t have to hire a contractor. Incredible job!

Outstanding service, with great communication from window factory's Office as to when the windows would be ready, earlier than expected no less.And then expertly installed in under 3 hours, Quite unbelievable! With carlos and 2 0ther guys that knew what they were doing, and all cleaned up. Could not be more satiafied, many thanks!
