Placed order with these guys for 2 pieces of 10’ gable trim. Waited the weekend and showed up to collect my material and they order the complete wrong thing and wrong material. We reordered the correct thing and waiting several more days only to get a call stating our order was canceled due to them no longer having a truck coming to town or something dumb. And they decided not only blame us for the incorrect material order but also trued to charge us almost 80$ to have 2 pieces of trim delivered TO THE STORE! When I tried to... read more
This yard has really been supporting the new museum we are developing. When we need a product, we get it right away. The manager has got this yard humming. He knows his stuff and volunteers his time in the community. I now buy all my lumber from RP.
Good friends and pretty good service. Too much turn over in staff. Doing great.
I went there and ordered rain gutters and associated parts. He promised to call me when they arrived, he said just a few days. Didn’t get a call. I went back two weeks later. He acted like he didn’t remember me, then he said that he will find my order and call me back that afternoon. No call came from him. I will never attempt to do any business again at this place. Seems to me, if you don’t know this guy, he will not care enough to care about your business with him. Go somewhere else would be my recommendation.
