Window Doctor was one of the few contractors who repair old 100-year-old rope-and-weight windows. This was a large living room window, and the job was done professionally by Mike, who was the technician.
I needed the top part of my window replaced due to a broken seal. They came out the same day I called and gave me an immediate bid. I had read their reviews and decided I would use them...They lived up to all their wonderful reviews. Efficient, friendly and good at what they do..I highly recommed using Window Doctor!
When other big window company who's name started with a P said they couldn't service a simple problem with their faulty window latches, I gave Window Doctor a call. They were able to come out quickly and solved my problem in about 20 minutes. I am very impressed with their service. This is another great reminder why its better to do business with local companies instead of big corporations. Thank you Window Doctor!

Despite only having a single window that needed replaced, Derek was extremely courteous and customer friendly (a rarity these days), and he took the time to see if they could accommodate my needs.
