Window Dr's did an excellent job helping me assess and repair my window. Mike was technically very proficient and explained everything that was happening as he identified the issue and repaired the window. Window Dr's were responsive, and their price was competitive, beating the last repair service we had and doing a better job on the repair. They are my go-to company now for window service and repair!

Work was excellent. Love the new window and it didn't break the bank. Communication and scheduling was a nightmare. Central office has no ability to schedule, order, or even contact the contractors. It simply isn't possible to return phone calls and it takes 5+ min just to leave a message of "call me back". If you choose to go with this company don't even attempt the phone, stick to email.
Had a single window replaced. They were in and out in about 30 minutes. Very friendly and professional technicians. The window looks great!
