Shout out to Joe at window Dr. The sliding glass door his company installed has been a blessing for our heating bill and adds beauty to our home. If I have any questions about this door, OR any of my windows, he is always happy to drop by and provide personal service…with a smile and kind personality. Customer service at its finest! At my older age, such a blessing there are businesses that are still run by old school values, like the window dr.

Highly recommend Window Doctors. From their salesman to their installers, all super nice throughout the whole process. Joe, the co owner was on site helping with installing. We got the back half of our house done, 7 windows, and you can tell a huge difference in our house. We will be using them for the front half of our house.
I had 5 vinyl windows in my 20-year-old townhouse that would not completely close. I called Window Doctor and I was able to get an appointment quickly. Chris checked each window and gave me an estimate for new balance springs and an estimate to re-screen all 5 screens. After the new balance springs were installed, I was still having problems closing the windows. Chris replaced the balance springs, and now I am able to open and close my windows without any problems.
