Great experience. I reached out to John on a Saturday and he scheduled a service visit for Wednesday. He was even able to accommodate my situation sooner, making the trip from Long Island to Queens. John was friendly, professional, and did excellent work. Highly recommend!

I had a broken bay window due to my dog and called the window doctor in a pinch. I will say I wasn’t expecting anyone to be able to come for days to do the repair, but the owner answered his phn and was able to work around my schedule to come in and fix my window within 24 hours. I will say him and his helper were very respectful to my home and did great work to get the job done within hours. Will definitely recommend window dr. to anyone looking for his services.

Called Window Doctor NY early this morning because my skylight was stuck in the open position and the house would get flooded the next time it rains. They were able to schedule a visit in the afternoon and actually arrived an hour earlier than promised. The two workers not only helped me to get the skylight closed but also fixed an issue that Inwas having with a large sliding window in my bedroom.
