John arrived promptly and immediately had a window solution for me on how to not pop out my window when I clean the outside of the window pane. He said to me, "I'm going to show you how to fix this so you won't call me back again." Now, if I need the outside of the windows cleaned, I will follow John's valuable advice.hi

The person who answered my call was extremely rude. He quoted me $270 for the repair of a pair of double-hung vinyl windows, including parts and labor. When I asked if that was the final price, he arrogantly replied, “I can’t do it for free (apparently, I didn’t ask him to).” I’m glad I found a better company that will charge me only $185.00 for the same service. Happy shopping!

The person who answered my call was very rude. His quoted price to repair the balance in a pair of double-hung vinyl windows (parts + labor) is $270, which is very pricey compared to other businesses offering the same service.

Pleasure doing business with window Doctor. John the owner was very responsive and communicated thoroughly. Came within the next day and him and Jose replaced my cracked window.
