DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Terrible experience. They repaired 3 of my windows and their work did not even last 6 months! 6 months and hundreds of dollars later I was exactly where I started, with 3 broken windows. I called them to come back and repair their obviously incompetent work and they wanted to charge me full price. It reaks of all the car mechanic horror stories (scams) we've all heard about, except with windows. Save yourself time and money, call someone else. Don't get scammed. AVOID THE WINDOW DOCTORS!
I had an old window crank that needed to be repaced and they were the only company around that had it in stock. Good customer service.
Keep Looking!! – My experience with Window Doctor was beyond deplorable. I called them on a Thurs morning after several referrals for an emergency repair and was told that they couldnt get me on the schedule until Monday but considering the circumstance would try to get their guys to come over after an install they had at least to measure and board up by the end of the day. Hands down the best custemer service I have had in a very long time. I live out of the area and was looking for some repalcement parts for some old windows. Joanne answered the phone and was very knowledgeable and helpful. Through sending some pictures she was able to find me the parts I needed. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with them. I highly recommend this company given the service I recieved.
M Scammers. Would not give replacement/repair estimate unless a deposit was made. Spoke to them two times before techs were out and was never advised. Advertising also states estimates are free. Do Not use them.
Window Doctor Great business for any window part you need. They have many kinds of window parts for many different windows. After they repaired a track for one of our windows. We then knew how to do it, and where to get the parts for any future repairs. Prices are very good, and the person that repaired our window was very nice. Highly recommended.
