M Scammers. Would not give replacement/repair estimate unless a deposit was made. Spoke to them two times before techs were out and was never advised. Advertising also states estimates are free. Do Not use them.
Window Doctor Great business for any window part you need. They have many kinds of window parts for many different windows. After they repaired a track for one of our windows. We then knew how to do it, and where to get the parts for any future repairs. Prices are very good, and the person that repaired our window was very nice. Highly recommended.
I had an excellent experience with Window Doctor. My hurricane impact glass patio door did not close easily. Two professionals came to my house with a new latch to install, but quickly determined that the door simply needed adjusting. They quickly accomplished the job, and the door works like new. I highly recommend the Window Doctor for their professionalism and promptness in solving my door problem.
Buyer Beware, we used them to replace our seals around the common area windows of our association. They chipped one our windows in our Gym, then insisted on a credit card payment. When we tried to hold back the 2nd payment we were overruled and lost. Now that the chip has turned into many cracks and the cost to replace is $2k. They did and would not take ownership of their mistake!

I had the glass in my slider break, they were able to come out the same day after paying a reasonable emergency fee to repair it. I was extremely happy to have them secure our home again and give me piece of mind.
We put a call in to have a tech give us an estimate and set up an appointment. I was told the tech would be able to perform the work that day- after charging a $65 service fee the tech could not perform the work.. Too late in the day. His estimate seemed high so he said the owner call us within the following 2 days to give us a price. We never received a call, so we called them.
