We all sometimes go through tough times, and we all deserve forgiveness, and second chance. I left a very dissatisfied post regarding the Duane The Window Doctor only to find out later that he has been going though some issues which he personally discussed with me. After our conversation Duane The Window Doctor has met his business commitments with me, and for my company in a professional manner, and I am doing business with him again!

I'm a real estate investor who flips houses. The 1st time Duane came to the property as promised and completed the job of balancing 6 windows to the tune of $500. Paid him the same day. Next he was going to install a patio sliding glass door for $600, I said okay and never heard back from Duane, called multiple times, left messages, and still NO return call. So after calling and getting an appointment for the next day (No time, just that he would be there) I decided to call around 4:30 the day of said appointment and Duane answered. I explained that we’d spoken to him the day before and had an appointment. After a pause and some rustling of papers he proceeded to ask me who and where like he’d never spoken to us before.
