We had Window design and remodeling add a screened in porch to our pool area and replace two windows! From start to finish it was a very professional and enjoyable experience! Rodney and Eric spent lots of time making sure we got what we wanted! And JR and his crew were amazing. Got the job done quickly and showed up when they said they would. Bill and the team did an amazing job from the time he gave us an estimate to the dropping off warranty info after job completion. Price was fair and reasonable.

Worked with a project manager who ended up leaving the company before my project was completed. Work was great, but was not given what was told by first project manager. When I asked for the work to be completed, I was told that the paperwork was incorrect so I was out of luck. When I asked to call the company management the day I was told the work would not be finished, I was immediately threatened with a lien.

We recently had all our windows replaced by Window Design and Remodeling, and I’m really happy with the results. The new windows look fantastic and make a big difference in our home. The installers did great work — they were friendly, efficient, and cleaned up everything when they were done. Overall, the whole process went smoothly, and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone thinking about new windows.
