Horrible company bad customer service miss measured my window 1st time!! An I waited almost five months for window blinds ! Had to remeasured brung blinds second time brought frame but not blinds. Now I have to wait again which almost a year. Call Customer service unprofessional act like they don’t even care and just said we’ll put you back on the schedule horrible company advise go to the other line service it’s been a nightmare for me
If you want a 6 month delay from order to installation date, riddled with non-existent customer service and missing installation parts, then order from here. Their customer service is the most unprofessional and inept group of people who never pick up their phone or answer the emails. They will not move an inch to think of alternative solution unless you keep emailing them every day like it's your second job. Run for your life.... This company is run by unprofessional staff. It starts from the sales person Kevin that comes and presents the company as a family oriented company, great company bla bla.... after the sale was made he is no where to be found, he never answers his calls, texts from that point onwards you deal with the company. The office manager has 0 skills in managing anything she doesn't let you speak and to top it all I was called a liar by her...the crew that comes to install the windows and patio doors are laking ... read more
Window Design Group is nothing less than the worst company I have ever had to deal dealt. bullying customer service tactics on top of horrible quality . Their license number changes continually. Love my new shutters in our hang out room, with the kids it was the best option for us. Easy to clean, look great and was very affordable!
