Love My New Doors!! Okay, I don’t usually leave reviews, but I have to for Window Depot. The doors they installed look absolutely amazing! Marcus was super helpful (and patient with all my questions), Gabe was so positive and laser-focused on making sure everything was perfect, and the owner Mark even stopped by to give it his personal approval — now that’s service! You can really tell they care about quality. Five stars all the way — highly recommend!
We recently had windows installed by Window Depot, our experience with them was very smooth and pleasant. The process began with a quote from Mark a very nice professional, christian man, the installation was done by Marcus and his crew, three very professional, kind and friendly gentlemen. I highly recommend this place if you want quality dependable work done.
We had a great experience with Window Depot. The owner Mark Pritchard came out and gave us the estimate and explained everything very well and was not pushy for us to make a decision. The installers Marcus, Gabe, Jayden and Justin arrived on Tuesday morning and began the work. They were very polite, knowledgeable and efficient and cleaned up as they went. We had 16 windows and they completed them in one and half days. So if you are thinking about getting windows then you should most definitely give Mark a call.
I had a 45 foot wide wall of French doors. They were old and hard to open and ugly. The people at Window Depot USA gave me a quote that was literally 90% less than Renewal by Anderson. I had 4 sets of double doors with windows in between installed. It only took about 3 weeks for my doors to get delivered and they got them installed in 2 days. I had a great experience from beginning to end, and the prices were very competitive. I assisted my mom with finding a company to install new windows and I'm very glad we went with Window Depot. Mark was great to work with and stayed in contact during the entire process. The windows made my mom's house look and feel completely different, and my mom loves them. I'd highly recommend Window Depot!
