They no showed an appointment. When I called it was a call center that couldn't do anything. Someone eventually did call me back, but was rude and certainly didn't try to win our business.
We just got our windows replaced by Windows Depot. I am not going to lie, I was nervous about choosing the right company for this job. But then I came across this Amazing company. They made the process super easy. No pressure, no stress. Just an amazing experience. Steve and Jeremy were super helpful. Josh and James were very professional and they did a phenomenal job installing my high quality windows. Thank you guys so much!!
Fantastic service, and transparent team. Window Depot came down and looked over my seven 73 year old windows and gave me a competitive offer. No aggressive or pushy sales tactics, but rather a calm discussion that was straight and to the point that made me feel relaxed about choosing them. From this point on I'll always recommend Window Depot for the service they provided me because they treated me as a person rather than a customer and in these days thats hard to find.
Steve was so helpful and professional and was able to repaire my window in no time, i would definitely recommend Window depot for any of your windows and doors needs!
