Every staff member was engaged and engaging--communicative. They are masters at their own artistry -- both in what they do and how they do it.
Steve was very responsive at our first meeting. He was very patient with us as we had lots of questions and he was able to answer every question with detailed answers. It was obvious he understood windows and the market. The installation was scheduled within weeks. There was no long wait. Pat and his assistant were very skilled at window installation.
