Window Depot provided me with a five-star experience from start to finish. Manny was a pleasure to deal when providing a quote and set clear expectations for every step of the process. Marcin and his installer were professional and respectful throughout the installation. Most importantly, they did amazing work on my house, and I would absolutely hire them again. Highly recommended!
From the first meeting to discuss options for our project, to the confirmations, and the execution, Window Depot met expectations and well deserves its 5 stars. The installation was flawless, the cleanup perfect, and they even made a small repair on another window at no charge. Last year we provided Windows Depot of Lower NY over $8000 to purchase windows for us and they stole the funds! We couldn't even get measurements from them and we had to contact the manufacturer to even find out that they were never contacted by Windows Depot to place an order. We contacted the national branch and they said they tried to help but ultimately, though we had proof in writing that their affiliate took the funds and proof from the manufactuer that they never attempted to order. they still didn't help us.
