Jeff was on time with great pricing and fabulous customer service. This made the experience wonderful. I would highly recommend Jeff and his team if you are looking for anything window or siding related.
If I could give NO stars, I would. I am doing a major renovation at my house with new windows, plantation shutters, new roof and new flooring. This is 2017. I'm an adult, have been quite some time. I'm in my 40's. This is my project. Yes, I am married. But as I said, this is MY project. My husband's criteria for the windows are: do they work, can he see thru them, and are they leak free. I purchased new windows from them back in '08 with a lifetime warranty. Now a pane has broken and they won't answer their phone or return our messages. Some lifetime warranty!!!!
Installation on our windows has been canceled twice, once due to "rain" when there was 0% precipitation forecasted for the day. Both cancelations were made by the owner on the day the installation was supposed to occur. Jeff has not returned calls to remedy the situation. Absolutely unprofessional. I'd skip this company if I had the chance to do it over again. This company deserves zero stars.
I would highly recommend Jeff and his crew at Window Depot of Jacksonville with confidence! Great Job on my window replacement.
