We had a great experience from start to finish with Window Depot of Charlottesville. The salesman Matt was great showing us the product without using a heavy handed sales pitch. Wes and the installation team were professional and efficient with the whole process taking much less time than we expected. The new windows look great!
Wes and his crew were great. They were on time, job was completed on schedule, and the clean up was thorough.

Rob and his companion were courteous and good communicators. They worked efficiently and managed a window well, in a difficult location over stairs, all while tolerating our two rescue dogs. They cleaned things up immaculately, inside and out. The windows look great, and we were delighted to find on a 95°day they felt cool to the touch inside. Thank you!
The quality of the windows seems to be excellent. Even with the high temperatures we are having the windows stay cool on the inside. The installers were personable, tidy, obviously know what they are doing. Our noisy dog even liked Rob.
