Window Depot of Greenbrier, Arkansas completely failed us, and we will never use them again. The core problem is the owner, Zack Venable. His customer service is awful, his communication is nearly nonexistent, and his transparency throughout the process was unacceptable. He also treated my wife horribly, speaking to her with disrespect and giving her inconsistent facts about the job, which only added to the distrust.
