Some initial issues but everything was worked through with their office. Very satisfied with work done, they are now doing a large project for our facility.
Completely satisfied with the work that Window Depot did at our condo. Robert and his team installed our new triple pane windows and doors in 1 day. They were neat organized and worked very well together. I would hire them again. Best of all they prices were cheaper than the competitors in the area.
Avoid this company. They installed several casement windows for us, which were fine. But part of that installation was a thermal window for our spa room which failed within a year. Though we had chosen not to pay a lot more for one with a warranty, any window should last longer than that. Bob, the owner, came and saw the window and said that because he was not the manufacturer all he could do was to put in a new one at a very high cost or a single pane at a lower cost. You said you haven't forgotten me, but you need to schedule this repair ASAP.
