Mark goes above and beyond, with friendly service, professional attitude, and quality products, he has replaced countless glass panes on older windows for me, installed a large picture window into an old adobe home and replaced screens. I am a happy returning customer!

Window Depot, (Mark) contracted to remove six old (1984) Duel Glased picture windows in wood frames with new aluminum frames ,Duel Glased, and they are beautiful with no leakage. Everyone has different experiences with all the Taos contractors, especially not returning phone calls, but most try to be good, it will always be difficult to get good contractors, but give them a break, suppliers in taos nm leave alot to be desired

Mark, the owner, installed windows and doors in two houses. All the windows leaked. The glass doors on one of the houses were not level so the door won’t close. He said he ordered locks for the doors so they could be open from the outside and that he would put the screens on. That’s the last I’ve heard of him. This guy is a crook. He disappears for months at a time. Don’t trust him. He deserves no stars.

I brought two blinds to a guy named Mark at this place. He took them and my credit card number and said he'd order them. It's been 3 months and I've called him every business day with no answer. Very unprofessional! Very frustrating for I do not know what to do.
