Despite being courteous and responsive to my needs my choice for the Hunter Douglas shades unknowingly was a poor choice. Just about all 9 of my shades had to be returned to Window Decor because the “motors” that assist in raising and holding the shades in the up position malfunctioned and had to be returned to Hunter Douglas multiple times. I understand that Window Decor is not the manufacturer but they, from my experience, are representatives of a company where quality control did not match their reputation.
