Mark was excellent to work with. His professionalism and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. His employee Cody did a great job with the installation of all my window shutters including my front door. I had 4 quotes done and Marks price was very good in comparison to the others. Thank you Mark and Cody.
Couldn’t believe it. Mark, the owner can out for an appointment the same day I called. He seemed knowledgeable and professional. Then he never delivered a proposal.Came up with excuse after excuse and to why he didn’t send it in the day promised. I don’t know if his service is good because he never provided me with service other than the sales visit.
Mark met us at our new home during the construction phase and took measurements of all the windows. He methodically reviewed all options for each room and helped a us make informed choices based on our personal tastes. The blinds we ordered were ready were ready within about 10 days past our settlement date, but he provided paper blinds for the interim. Our experience with Window Creations of Delaware was simply great -- Mark came to measure, describe the product, and discuss options for installation. When it came time to install, Mark personally called to confirm and to check in on the team -- Cody was the lead and they did a great job. Our shutters look great, installed perfectly, and not a spec of dirt. Much appreciation goes to Mark for his professional communication, setting expectations, and not only meeting them, but exceeding. Highly recommended!!
