Professional service and quality products. I was very impressed with the whole process of being shown the samples, help in deciding what colors would work best and installation of the blinds. I wholeheartedly recommend Window Creation of Delaware.
Working with Mark made the process very easy! He brought samples right to my home, which helped me visualize exactly what style and color would work best, especially with a few custom sizes. Would recommend to anyone with a new home or refreshing their window treatments!

I have been trying to get a broken shutter replaced for several years (off and on). I got the run-around from the original installer, another Norman dealer, and even dealing with Norman directly. Finally, with much persistence I found Mark Cieniewicz at Window Creations of DE. Mark helped me work through the process with Norman, and thanks to his help we got an exact replacement ordered.
