Window Creations of Delaware did an amazing job installing beautiful shutters and shades in our new home! Mark and Cody are the best and the entire process was amazingly seamless. Highly recommended!
Made many promises and never followed through! I asked for repair help and I was told “ no problem” and said they ordered parts. They never did and never returned my requests. Worst service ever !!!
I'm very disappointed in Mark for not showing up, calling or returning my text messages this morning. I hired his company to remove my Hunter Douglass Luminette Vertical blinds and honeycomb blinds prior to having my house painted. I waited 30 minutes for him or his assistant to arrive before calling him this morning. He never replied to any of my requests. He totally ghosted me today. I will never recommend Window Creations to anyone again!
