Highly recommend Window Creations of Delaware! I acquired a few quotes before deciding on someone and was very impressed with Mark! Very knowledgeable and professional and offers competitive pricing. His installers Cody and Zach were great too! Very neat and clean and friendly. Overall we are EXTREMELY happy!! So glad we decided to do the plantation shutters! They are just beautiful !
I have been trying to get a broken shutter replaced for several years (off and on). I got the run-around from the original installer, another Norman dealer, and even dealing with Norman directly. Finally, with much persistence I found Mark Cieniewicz at Window Creations of DE. Mark helped me work through the process with Norman, and thanks to his help we got an exact replacement ordered. Mark was excellent to work with. His professionalism and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. His employee Cody did a great job with the installation of all my window shutters including my front door. I had 4 quotes done and Marks price was very good in comparison to the others. Couldn’t believe it. Mark, the owner can out for an appointment the same day I called. He seemed knowledgeable and professional. Then he never delivered a proposal.Came up with excuse after excuse and to why he didn’t send it in the day promised. I don’t know if his service is good because he never provided me with service other than the sales visit.
Mark met us at our new home during the construction phase and took measurements of all the windows. He methodically reviewed all options for each room and helped a us make informed choices based on our personal tastes. The blinds we ordered were ready were ready within about 10 days past our settlement date, but he provided paper blinds for the interim.
