First the Hunter products are gorgeous. Additionally Heather was friendly and patient in helping me on the interior design side. She explained the materials and types of products so I could select the best product for each window. Brian the installer was friendly, respectful of my home, and did a superior job. The entire process was terrific. The results fabulous.
Perfect from start to finish! We purchased new Hunter Douglas Duette LiteRise Architella Elan window coverings from Heather Vaughn of Window Coverings of Oregon & Allure Window Coverings in April 2023. Oh my goodness they are wonderful! I’m in love! The professionalism is absolutely outstanding. Kathy does a wonderful job of listening to exactly what you want, and offering options based on that. I was offered the best quality shades and even similar more budget-friendly options. All options were fantastic! Thank you so much for everything, I cannot wait to purchase again! :)
Kathy is a delight to work with. I have used her twice now and have been very pleased with our shades. Also very impressed with the installer. On time and very pleasant. Both went right to work and then the explanation on the remote control was great. Customer Service at it’s best!!
