I have used Window Concepts 2 straight years in a 3 phase window replacement project for 2 apartment buildings. Seth has been very quick for response in coming out the next day and getting me a quote the very next day. The prices were also better than other competitors. The crew came out both years and did excellent work in a timely matter on schedule and the difference in the windows looks amazing. They matched the wrapping colors perfect which was essential as the buildings are historic.
Window Concepts was great to deal with. From sales, to install they were great. From sales meeting to install was very timely. If there was a question or delay, they were responsive. We are very happy with our experience! Would recommend this company!

We worked with James and Windows Concept was represented well. We needed siding, attic windows, soffit and fascia. We felt confident we received a fair price for all the work needed. The installation was done by professionals and exemplified in their workmanship . We needed extra work on our front porch and that was fixed for a reasonable amount. The installation of five windows in our Family Room went very smoothly. Our installer and his assistant were polite and very conscientious of our home. They worked quickly, but didn't miss any details!
