We worked with James and Windows Concept was represented well. We needed siding, attic windows, soffit and fascia. We felt confident we received a fair price for all the work needed. The installation was done by professionals and exemplified in their workmanship . We needed extra work on our front porch and that was fixed for a reasonable amount. Our house went from a 70’s look to a modern piece of work. Thank you! We highly recommend this company! We have no more drafts in our old home!!!
We could not be happier with the whole process from Mike's first visit through Micahs install. Including a very thorough clean up afterwards. Highly recommend! Excellent guarantee and a price that was very agreeable!
Had a outside door and entrance door leading to the basement replaced. Micah and his helper did a excellent job. Explain actually what they would be doing. Once the work was completed they did very nice job of explaining what not to touch and step on. Also great job of cleaning up once everything was done. Thanks again Window Concepts for a great experience.

The sale of our windows and gutter started out great. We had the windows installed first and everything went well. We then had our gutters installed, and my husband noticed there was some issue with the installation. With numerous points of contact via email and over the phone, we were told that someone would reach out to us to discuss how to have the issue fixed. It seem to always be the same story.
