There's a reason we purchased all our house windows from them. Beyond great service, price, quality of install we used our lifetime warranty on broken panes few times last 10 yrs. So when they came to fix windows I decided to order new front door and it's everything we needed and wanted plus more. Definitely recommend!!!
I had windows installed about 3 weeks ago. Micah and his partner were phenomenal. They installed and cleaned up thru the process. They did an excellent job of installing them. The bathroom window was replaced with PVC material and it is perfect. From sales to completion I had a perfect experience. I would highly recommend this company. Also, the cost was great!
The guy who did the siding on my father's house did a horrible job all the corners are crooked j channel is off no locking channel at the top or under windows siding just flaps no boxes for the hvac pipes caulked all windows but 1. When asked to come fix they tried to charge my dad more money to fix their mistakes. If i could leave a 0 star i would
Second time I have used Window Concepts on projects at our home. Both times I have found their work to be outstanding and very fairly priced. Rich makes you feel very comfortable and not pressured in making a decision on your project. Good and honest people at this company. Would recommend them for your next project.
I got windows installed from this company. Seth was extremely helpful in all phases of the project. Picking out which ones to get, what color, and scheduling was super easy. They came out in a timely fashion and had fair prices, which is hard to find these days. Install went great. We will definitely be using this company again. Can’t speak highly enough of these guys!
